PARS Reporter RBM is an enhancement to the existing PARS Reporter product line that delivers complete Results Based Management (RBM) data capture and data reporting capabilities. This means that from a single application, you are now capable of providing PARS reports and RBM reports with no redundant data entry. This document can easily be edited and printed or forwarded in electronic format to other interested parties. Furthermore, this document can be published to a web site to allow on-line access.

The Program Narrative Summary collates all narrative information in PARS Reporter RBM into a single RTF document that can be opened in Microsoft Word or any other word processor. This summary is normally composed across a complete Program and displays Expected, Actual and Variance information for both Outputs and Outcomes. Lessons Learned and Other Comments are also presented in the document.

This document can easily be edited and printed or forwarded in electronic format to other interested parties. Furthermore, this document can be published to a web site to allow on-line access.
View Sample Program Narrative Summary

The Program Indicator Summary collects all indicator information across all Activities in a particular Program, and displays the quantitative Goal and Actual information for a 5 year period for the complete program. Both Outputs and Outcomes indicators are reported on the same report. The ability to display a 5 year total by sum, by average and by last non-zero value is supported.

The report supports the ability to view by individual Sector and also by individual Partner, thereby offering the ability to create Program Indicator Summaries customised for particular audiences.
